Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy:

The total amount for the package must be paid in full at the time of booking. The company will assess the booking details and may adjust the amount, if deemed necessary, based on availability or other factors during the time of booking.

Rescheduling Policy:

Customers who wish to reschedule their trip must notify the company no less than two months prior to the scheduled start date of the trip.

Cancellation Policy:

For any cancellation, the company must be informed at least 45 days before the trip’s start date. In such cases, the company will deduct applicable GST along with a service charge, which may range from 15% to 20% of the total package cost.

Non-Refundable Packages:

No refunds will be provided for trips booked under promotional or offer packages.

Special Packages:

Only special packages will include specific details regarding airlines and accommodations, which will be clearly mentioned in the package description. For all other packages, flight and accommodation options are subject to change and may vary from those listed.

Right to Cancel:

The company reserves the right to cancel any packages if it determines that the customer has acted in a manner that negatively impacts the company’s operations or reputation.

®Special Notes:

1. We are not holding any Hotel Rooms and Airlines seat booking therefore requesting you to expedite the matter.
2. Early check IN or late checkout is subject to extra payment And hotel policy.
